1. Return Eligibility
For health and safety reasons, nutritional products must be in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging to be eligible for a return. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or consumed unless there is a quality defect.
2. Quality Guarantee
If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or has a broken seal, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Sale items or gift cards are not eligible for refunds. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
